mollywhomp rule

EBI "Mollywhomp" Rule - FSO Superfights & Squads events will implement what we are calling an AGGRESSIVE Mollywhomp Rule. While in the regulation portion of the match, if one competitor offensively and/or positionally dominates the entire match, displaying superior grappling ability, at the end of the match, the referee will declare that competitor the winner, and the match will NOT go to overtime. Don't plan to stall for overtime, push the action!
