The Flow Sub-Only Open Tournament (FSO) is founded by FlowBJJ in Rockland, Maine. The events are held in Mid-coast, Maine. Please Follow FLOW SUB-ONLY OPEN on Facebook to stay up to date with the latest information.

IMPORTANT: You can compete in Gi and NOGI for one price of $75.

ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS are just $20, but you must sign up for a regular division to be eligible.

FSO4 Absolute division winners will will $500!

SPECTATORS: Admission to the OPEN events for spectators will be $15. kids UNDER 10 and one black belt coach free per team. Costs for Pro events will vary ($29-75 in advance, $39-85 at the door).

Maine’s newest and most complete tournament

The Flow Sub-Only Open was started in an effort to bring high level grappling to the state of Maine. FSO features kids gi and nogi divisions, women’s gi and nogi divisions, men’s gi and nogi divisions, multiple pre-scheduled high level superfights, and men’s and women’s nogi ABSOLUTE divisions. Our SQUADS and SQUAD5 events feature high level teams from all over the United States and Canada, with in person tickets available as well as online streamings.
